Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding employees while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references.
Conduct cold calling and initial candidate screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports in MS Excel.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Target-driven and proactive approach to recruitment.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant HR qualification preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Recruitment.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
