We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end Non-IT hiring across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in recruitment or telesales/BPO, and the ability to deliver consistent hiring results.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
Handle bulk hiring as well as senior-level recruitment mandates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Maintain strong coordination with clients and candidates for smooth hiring.
Achieve monthly hiring targets (minimum 10 confirmed joinings per month).
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and closure trackers.
Collaborate with the internal team to enhance hiring strategies and delivery.
Must be willing to work from the Rohtak office.
Only Rohtak-based or relocating candidates should apply.
Mandatory: Experience in Non-IT hiring or telesales/BPO hiring.
Preferred: Experience in recruitment/consulting firms.
Should have exposure to bulk hiring and senior-level hiring.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong negotiation and client-handling capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proactive, dedicated, and result-oriented.
10 joinings per month is mandatory.
Salary structure is linked to target achievement (8X model).
Deductions may apply if targets are not met (as per policy).
