About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Negotiate salaries, rates, and terms of employment with candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends, skills, and hiring practices in the US IT market.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
1–4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (W2, C2C, 1099 experience preferred).
Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (US business hours).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
