Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Executive to support the hospital in implementing and maintaining NABH standards, ensuring quality healthcare practices, proper documentation, and compliance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• · Implement and monitor NABH standards, policies, SOPs, and quality protocols.

• · Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

• · Maintain NABH documentation, records, checklists, and quality reports.

• · Coordinate with different hospital departments for NABH compliance and corrective actions.

• · Monitor patient safety, infection control, biomedical waste management, medication safety, and quality indicators.

• · Identify gaps, prepare corrective and preventive action plans, and follow up on implementation.

• · Support staff training and awareness programs related to NABH standards and hospital policies.

• · Assist management during NABH assessments, audits, and inspections.

Qualification

• · Graduation in any discipline.

• · Candidates with practical knowledge of NABH documentation and implementation will be preferred.
