Job Summary:

Looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in NAPS & NATS processes, managing the complete apprenticeship cycle from campus hiring to onboarding and portal management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate campus drives with ITIs, Polytechnics & B-Tech Colleges.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Handle end-to-end NAPS & NATS processes and portal registrations.
Ensure compliance with government guidelines.
Verify documents and manage onboarding on portals.
Track stipend, attendance, and records.
Resolve portal issues and coordinate with HR/payroll teams.
