Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional follow-up skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires handling confidential information, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and acting as a key communication bridge between the MD and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Track and follow up on all action items assigned by the MD across departments.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

  • Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.

  • Conduct internet research and compile business insights whenever required.

  • Organize meetings, record action points, and monitor execution.

  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and documentation for ongoing projects.

  • Support the MD in administrative, operational, and coordination activities.

  • Handle personal coordination tasks of the MD whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior management.

  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
