Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain confidential documents and business records.
Assist in organizing corporate events and meetings.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
