Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond where appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and business documents.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Liaise with departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Track important tasks, deadlines, and action items.
Organize and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Assist in project coordination and execution of management directives.
Monitor daily schedules and ensure smooth workflow for the MD.
Support business communication and professional correspondence drafting.
Arrange hospitality, logistics, and travel itineraries for business trips.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Managing Director.
