Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond where appropriate.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and business documents.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Liaise with departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

  • Track important tasks, deadlines, and action items.

  • Organize and maintain office records, files, and documentation.

  • Assist in project coordination and execution of management directives.

  • Monitor daily schedules and ensure smooth workflow for the MD.

  • Support business communication and professional correspondence drafting.

  • Arrange hospitality, logistics, and travel itineraries for business trips.

  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Managing Director.
