People Partner, Specialist I The People Partner, Specialist I role is responsible for responding to advanced and complex inquiries from employees, executing People & Culture transactions and data reporting using Workday and other systems. Communicate resolutions to the requester or raise more complex issues to the right team. • Carry out employee data updates directly, including bulk EIB imports into the Workday system, and offer validation for business process data mapping • Handle critical issues from Tier 1 and apply the case tool to document inquiries, customer information, case data, updates, and communicate resolutions to the requester. • Complete People & Culture transactions and data reporting using Workday and other systems • Handle elevated and advanced requests, updating employee data, and assisting employees directly by performing consultative actions or through third-party vendors • Maintain keen attention to detail and a drive for ongoing improvement of People & Culture systems, processes, and reports • Support your assigned region, working within the relevant shift pattern and hours to provide support to your stakeholders accordingly.
