1. Knowledge of IR (Factories Act, Standing Order Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Trade Union Act).
2. Responsible for the Matters related to PF, ESIC & Gratuity.
3. Responsible for making Payroll of 1000+ Employee.
4. Management of Contract Labour.
5. Responsible for License Renewal & Compliances
6. Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Management (Including Salary Preparation & Compliances).
7. Controlling Salary & General Activities (SGA)
8. HR Records Administration
09. Responsible for Statutory Compliance, records under various labour laws.
10. Social & Ethical Compliance
11. Liaison and Public Relation with Local Authorities
12. To resolve the issues of employees, union representatives, society and local district administration to maintain harmonious relation.
13. To get maintained files and documents of all employees (workers & trainees) and records related to HR Policies.
Should have working knowledge of ADVANCE MS EXCEL
