Major Job Responsibilities
· Managing HR processes: Overseeing the daily functions of the HR department, including managing policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
· Supporting employees and managers: Providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
· Onboarding new employees: Managing the onboarding process, including induction and joining formalities
· Managing employee relations: Handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and managing grievances
· Managing employee benefits: Managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations
· Managing payroll: Administering compensation and payroll programs and ensuring accurate processing
· Developing HR documentation: Contributing to the development and improvement of HR-related documentation, templates, and guidelines
· Staying updated: Staying updated on changes in work legislation, industry standards, and current industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualification, Skills and Experience
A Bachelor or a Master degree (HR) with 1-4 yrs of exp into HR Operations
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
