Salary: ₹20,000 CTC + ₹3,000 Variable Pay (Approx. ₹15,500 In-Hand)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in HR or related field

🗝️Key Responsibilities:

⭐Maintain employee records and HR documentation

⭐Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance

⭐Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling

⭐Support daily HR operations and admin tasks

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is a plus

Knowledge of PF, ESI
