Job Description-
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and joining.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave, late coming, and overtime records.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll and salary inputs.
Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and documentation.
Manage appraisal, probation confirmation, and employee performance records.
Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, increment, experience, relieving, and other HR documents.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR activities.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate HR databases and prepare regular HR reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate with Admin and other departments for smooth HR operations required Skills
Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, Attendance, Leave & Overtime.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Good command of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
