Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support payroll processing and payroll validation activities

✅ Manage attendance, leave, shift, and time office transactions

✅ Assist in PF, ESI, and statutory compliance activities

✅ Maintain employee master data and HRMIS records

✅ Prepare payroll MIS and workforce reports

✅ Support onboarding, employee lifecycle, and Full & Final (F&F) processes

Requirements:

✔ Experience in end-to-end payroll operations

✔ Good knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

✔ Strong Excel and HRMS skills

✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills

✔ Team handling experience preferred
