Payroll & Compliance Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee salary, deductions, and benefits records
Handle F&F settlements, reimbursements, and incentives
Coordinate with finance for disbursement & reconciliations
Support onboarding and exit payroll formalities
Stay compliant with PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax & income tax regulations
Keep updated on labor law changes
