Payroll & Compliance Executive

Company: Talentcorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TSPL Group)

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Visit TSPL branches across Pune.

Handle employee documentation and contract closure formalities.

Maintain records and update data in Excel.

Prepare daily reports and MIS.

Coordinate with branch teams and HR department.

Support payroll and compliance-related activities.

Requirements

Any Graduate.

Basic to Good MS Excel knowledge.

Own Bike & Valid Driving License (Mandatory).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to travel within Pune.

Preferred

Experience in HR, Payroll, Compliance, Recruitment, or Administration.

Freshers with good Excel knowledge can also apply.
