MIS Executive
The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive will be the backbone of our data reporting. You will be responsible for gathering data from various departments, analyzing trends, and creating the reports that help our leadership team make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Extract, transform, and manage large datasets from multiple sources.
Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Sales, Operations, Productivity).
Dashboarding: Develop and maintain automated dashboards using Excel or BI tools.
Quality Control: Ensure 100% data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
What You’ll Need:
Advanced Excel Skills: (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas are your best friends).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot trends and "red flags" within the numbers.
Experience: 1–3 years in a data-centric role.
2. Payroll Executive
Role Overview: The Payroll Executive ensures our most important asset—our people—are compensated accurately. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, a love for compliance, and a "zero-error" mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and taxes for the entire workforce.
Attendance Tracking: Coordinate with HR to manage leaves, overtime, and shift differentials.
Compliance: Ensure all statutory filings (Provident Fund, Professional Tax, ESIC, etc.) are completed on time.
Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding salary discrepancies.
