We are looking for a Payroll Executive (Facility Industry)

Experience: 2+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 40K

Location: Sector 74 A, Gurgaon

Responsibility:-

Payroll Processing: Calculate and process monthly salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (tax, insurance).
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and tax regulations (e.g., TDS, PF, ESI).
Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee databases, including attendance, leave records, and salary details.
Query Resolution: Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, tax, and benefits.
Reporting: Generate monthly payroll reports, dashboards, and reconcile with finance departments.
Benefits Admin: Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and insurance schemes
