Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring and basic payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles and assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT/blue-collar roles (e.g., counter sales ,service).

• Source candidates through job portals, local databases, , and referrals.

• Coordinate interviews and selection with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate database regularly.

• Collect and share payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, and salary data.

• Coordinate with payroll/HR team for monthly payouts.

• Maintain recruitment and payroll-related reports.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment and basic payroll coordination.

• Familiar with local hiring strategies and high-volume recruitment.

• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
