Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management Maintain and update employee database, attendance, and leave records Generate operational, sales, and HR-related reports with accuracy Process monthly payroll within timelines, including salary calculations, incentives, overtime, and deductions Ensure statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, TDS, etc. Prepare and share salary slips with employees Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll inputs and report data Handle employee queries related to salary and MIS data Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy at all times Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field 1 - 3 years of experience in MIS and payroll handling Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management) Knowledge of statutory compliances Experience in using any payroll software will be an added advantage
