We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team at PURI BAKERS PRIVATE LIMITED to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 30,000 - ₹ 35,000 and growth opportunities.

Deduction management: Apply and manage statutory and voluntary deductions, such as taxes, social security, and benefits.
Record maintenance: Collect, update, and maintain employee information, including personal details, work hours, and pay history.
Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with labor laws and regulations and handle all necessary tax filings and reports.
Employee support: Respond to employee queries regarding payslips, deductions, and reimbursements, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Reporting: Generate and maintain various payroll reports, including tax, deduction, and attendance reports.
HR administration: Assist with broader HR administrative tasks such as managing employee records, coordinating HR-related paperwork, and supporting other HR functions like onboarding and exit processes.
Process improvement: Help to update and improve payroll and HR processes for greater efficiency.
