Job Description

Process monthly payroll for security guards, supervisors, and staff.
Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and allowances.
Maintain salary structures and update pay revisions accordingly.
Generate salary slips and distribute them to employees.
Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labor Laws.
File monthly and annual returns related to payroll and statutory deductions.
Handle PF, ESI registrations, withdrawals, and grievances.
Maintain attendance records of security guards and staff.
Monitor biometric and manual attendance systems.
Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
