We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage and process the company’s payroll operations accurately and on time. The role involves handling salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll records, and coordinating with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll management.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update employee payroll records including salary structure, deductions, and benefits.
Calculate statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax as applicable.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leaves, new joiners, and full & final settlements.
Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and payslips.
Assist in preparing data for audits and statutory filings.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and financial information.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
Familiarity with PF, ESI, TDS, and labour laws.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
