Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee salary records, deductions, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data before salary processing.
Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
Coordinate with accounts for salary transfers and statutory compliance.
Attendance Management
Maintain daily attendance records and attendance sheets.
Monitor employee punch-in/punch-out records.
Prepare monthly attendance summaries.
Resolve attendance discrepancies with employees and department heads.
Leave Management
Maintain employee leave records (Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Paid Leave, etc.).
Track leave balances and approvals.
Update leave data in HRMS/Excel sheets.
Prepare monthly leave reports.
Employee Joining Process
Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Collect and verify employee documents..
Create employee records and ID details.
Coordinate induction and orientation activities.
HR Documentation & Coordination
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Support HR and admin activities as required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance systems.
Good understanding of leave management procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Qualification
1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations preferred.
