Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
· Administer employee rewards and recognition programs, including bonuses, incentives, and service awards.
· Coordinate with HR and leadership to implement R&R initiatives that align with company goals.
· Maintain accurate records of employee rewards, ensuring timely disbursement.
· Prepare reports on R&R program effectiveness and employee engagement metrics.
· Communicate R&R policies and updates to employees.
Payroll Processing & Compliance
· Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
· Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and other payroll inputs before processing.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, LWF, etc.).
· Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
· Maintain payroll records, including salary revisions, bonuses, and arrears.
Documentation & Record Keeping
· Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, exits, and salary changes.
· Ensure proper documentation for tax filings, audits, and compliance checks.
· Prepare and submit payroll reports to finance and management as required.
· Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and compensation.
Coordination & Support
· Liaise with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll and R&R processes.
· Support HR in policy updates related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
· Assist in implementing payroll software/system upgrades.
