Position: Payroll Executive
Company: LINK HR SOLUTION PVT. LTD.
Location: Bhubaneswar (BBSR)
Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing

Maintain attendance, leave records, and salary data

‼ 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐅, 𝐄𝐒𝐈, 𝐓𝐃𝐒, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 ‼

Maintain and update statutory Legal Registers as per compliance requirements

Prepare detailed payroll MIS/reports and coordinate with the HR & Accounts teams

Requirements:

Graduate with 3–4 years of hands-on payroll experience.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and payroll software.

Experience in handling PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory documentation.

Working knowledge of maintaining Legal Registers under applicable labour laws.

Excellent attention to detail and keen numerical ability.
