Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees with high accuracy and within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and labor laws.
Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Generate payroll reports including salary registers, variance reports, and statutory reports.
Handle full & final settlements for exiting employees.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of payroll records.
Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and benefits.
Assist with payroll audits and statutory filings.
Support implementation or optimization of payroll systems and processes.
