Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for all employees.
Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, timesheets, and attendance data to ensure accurate payroll records.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and central payroll regulations and laws.
Reporting: Generate payroll reports and financial summaries for management review.
Issue Resolution: Collect information, analyze, and resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
Financial Tasks: Deposit employee wages and process payroll tax reports and payments accurately and on time.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure data accuracy and address payroll-related issues.
Background : Construction/manufacturing background preferred
