Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Indore

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 (In-hand), based on experience
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure timely salary processing, compliance with tax regulations, and address employee queries. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll processing experience and a strong grasp of labor and tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees on a monthly basis.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
Prepare and maintain accurate records of payroll transactions.
Address payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
Handle salary disbursement, full & final settlements, and leave encashments.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll execution.
Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
Suggest process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (any software knowledge will be a plus).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
