Job Title: HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Manage attendance, leave, and salary calculations
Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Prepare payroll reports and salary slips
Resolve employee payroll-related queries
Maintain payroll records and documentation
Requirements:
Experience in payroll processing
Basic knowledge of statutory compliances
Good Excel and calculation skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
