Job Description

Candidate should have good working knowledge of-

1. Calculation of Salary Package, Salary Processing including arrear of Salary, Full & Final Settlement etc.

2. Knowledge of EPF, ESIC rules and calculation method & Return submission on Govt portal or web

sites.

3. Compliance and return under TDS (Income Tax) and other Labour Laws like:- Shop Act, LWF,

Professional Tax Etc.

4. Experience of Checking employee investment Proof as well as declaration

5. Experience for managed Leave, Attendance, & Other labour laws

6. Knowledge of prepare salary package as per govt rules

7. Should have knowledge of any HRMS software or payroll software
