Payroll Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Payroll Executive to join our dynamic, multi-vertical team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processes across our group of companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursal — while gaining exposure to diverse industries including Information Technology Infrastructure, Cloud Kitchens, CoWorking, and Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), and employee records.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance for data accuracy and timely salary releases.

• Prepare payroll reports and handle audits or reconciliations.

• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within HR and payroll systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.

• Strong understanding of payroll software, Excel, and statutory compliance.

• Keen interest in technology-driven businesses and exposure to multi-entity payroll.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-evolving business ecosystem.
