We are looking for a Sr. Executive-Payroll (Indian Payroll) to join a leading Finance Company in India with a strong presence in GCC countries:
Sr. Payroll Executive to manage Indian Payroll Process accurate, timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance under Indian labor laws. They handle complex calculations like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS, bridging human resources, accounting, and employee relations
The position offers an in-hand salary of 35k to 40k/month and growth opportunities. Saturdays and Sundays are off.
Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance: Compute and file mandatory deductions like Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
Input Processing: Gather and verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and new joiner or exit data.
Salary Computation: Process gross-to-net calculations, including allowances (HRA, special allowances) and variable pay.
Employee Support: Resolve queries regarding pay slips, tax computations, and reimbursement claims
Job Requirements:
