Payroll Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive (Female) to manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll software, statutory compliances, and a keen eye for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain employee records related to salary, benefits, and deductions

• Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives as per company policies

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee joining/exits, F&F settlements

• Manage and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly returns for statutory bodies

• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management

• Generate payroll MIS reports and reconcile payroll accounts

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and labor laws affecting payroll

• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Female candidates preferred (as per team requirement)
