Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly/weekly payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines

• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.)

• Prepare and submit payroll-related statutory returns and challans

• Maintain employee payroll data, attendance, and leave records

• Handle payroll adjustments, arrears, reimbursements, and full & final settlements

• Generate payroll reports for management and audit purposes

• Respond to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and auditors for payroll and compliance matters

• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or related field

• Certification in payroll management (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
