Key Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timelines. as per minimum wages

• Manage PF, ESIC, PT calculations, challan preparation & filing.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and government regulations.

• Responsible for new employee account creation and KYC documentation.

• Create and update salary structures as per company policies.

• Maintain and implement HR & payroll policies related to compensation.

• Respond to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and taxes .

• Ensure timely submission of returns & payments to respective authorities.

• Assist in audit documentation and statutory inspections .
