Payroll Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Ensuring Statutory Compliance Like PF, ESIC, Preparation of Muster Roll / Wage register & timely Disbursement of salary, Online Challan Preparation of PF-ESIC Challans, Legal Statutory, returns like Bonus/ Maternity, Pay Roll, Good Knowledge of Labour Laws etc.

2.     Should have knowledge with regards to Maintenance of various records/Register under Contract Labour Act and submission of returns under said act.

3.     Experience on preparation of Salary/Over Time in software is preferable.

4.     Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

5.      Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.

6.     Schedule bank payments or hand out pay checks directly to employees & Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).

7.     Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.

8.     Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.

9.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10.  Should have good working knowledge in Excel.

Education & Experience

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field

2.     Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
