Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Manage statutory deductions and contributions such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, or other applicable benefits.
Prepare payroll reports and salary statements for management.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee onboarding, exits, and payroll updates.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and benefits.
Generate pay slips and distribute them securely.
Support payroll audits and maintain confidential payroll information.
Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
