Payroll Management
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
Collect and verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
Calculate gross salary, net salary, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and other components.
Process payroll within defined timelines and ensure accuracy.
Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, bank payment files, and related MIS.
Handle full & final settlements, including leave encasement, notice pay, deductions, and other adjustments.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Resolve employee payroll-related queries promptly.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labour laws.
Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Ensure timely payment of statutory contributions and deductions.
Maintain statutory registers, records, challans, returns, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, auditors, and other external agencies when required.
Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and communicate relevant updates internally.
