HCM Functional Consultant Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Product Owner Experience: 10-15 Years Location: Any Location / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly ORC, and will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to drive recruitment transformation initiatives. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing requirements, managing enhancements, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Recruiting Cloud capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy Define and maintain the ORC product vision, roadmap, and enhancement strategy. Align recruitment technology initiatives with business and talent acquisition objectives. Prioritize product backlog based on business value, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needs. Lead product governance and roadmap discussions with HR leadership and business stakeholders. Functional Leadership Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes using Oracle HCM capabilities. Evaluate new Oracle releases and recommend adoption of relevant features. Ensure system configuration supports end-to-end recruiting lifecycle requirements. Stakeholder Management Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and business leaders to gather and validate requirements. Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and requirement prioritization meetings. Communicate product vision, release plans, and implementation updates to stakeholders. Delivery & Project Management Work closely with implementation partners, functional consultants, and technical teams. Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing. Ensure successful delivery of projects, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades. Manage dependencies across Oracle HCM modules and third-party recruiting tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 10-15 years of overall experience in HR Technology, HCM, or Enterprise Applications. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) . Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM suite. Experience working as Product Owner, Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or HCM Lead. Proven experience managing global recruitment transformation programs. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills. Experience Level Senior Level
