Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead - Absence Module Expert

HCM- Absence Area(s) of responsibility HCM Functional Lead – Absence Expert Roles & Responsibilities Should have a total of at least 7+ years IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience on Absence Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Absence will be used. Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology. Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Product Skills Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product Should have done end to end configuration of Absence module Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Absence Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration and testing Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud Professional Skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model Strong verbal and written communication skills Should be a team player Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Consistently provide clear and concise status reporting to the project management team Experience Level Senior Level
