Hiring: OPT Recruiter

Location: Cyber Towers, Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and communication.
Manage the complete end-to-end OPT recruitment process.
Stay updated with current recruiting trends, OPT regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Any Graduation.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in OPT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the OPT process and related regulations.
Experience in hiring H1 Transfers, Project Transfers, GC, and H4 candidates for direct marketing.
Excellent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
