Job Title: Operations Manager – Facility Management Services•
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in our facility management services. You will be responsible for ensuring that all services (like cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.) are delivered smoothly, on time, and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of facility management services (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.)
• Lead and supervise on-site teams, including supervisors, technicians, and housekeeping staff.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Schedule and manage regular maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
• Prepare reports, maintain budgets, and manage resources efficiently.
• Ensure that all equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
• Train and support staff for better performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in facility operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
Work Environment:
• Office and on-site locations
• May require travel between multiple client sites
