• Liaise with airlines/travel desk for ticketing after visa approval (if required).

✅ Candidate Support

• Guide candidates on medical tests, biometric appointments, and visa stamping procedures.

• Provide clear instructions and resolve candidate doubts regarding visa process.

✅ Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

✅ Problem Solving

• Handle visa rejections, resubmissions, and escalations.

• Provide alternative solutions if issues arise during processing.
