Job Description

We are looking Admin Assistant for Care First Home care

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support coordination between the Clinical Team and Biomedical Department, and to manage patient visit documentation and feedback collection.

Patient Visit & Feedback:

  • Visit patient's home or hospital for initial assessment and handholding

  • Collect consent and feedback for Nursing cases

  • Collecting consent forms, explaining about equipment working demonstration with deployment

  • Assist in other Operational activities

  • Manage and escalate any patient concerns or complaints to the appropriate department promptly.

  • Grievance handling of the nurses

3. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update records related to patient enrolments, feedback, and equipment usage.

  • Ensure proper documentation of service calls, complaints, and closure reports.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing patient feedback and operational issues.

We need Male candidate only with Bike mandatory
