Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
Manage daily office activities and ensure efficient workflow
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
Maintain files, records, and office documentation (physical & digital)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and visitors
Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between departments
Follow up on tasks, approvals, and deadlines
Support senior management in coordination and reporting
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and trainings
Data & Reporting
Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and spreadsheets
Maintain attendance records, leave data, and staff information
Update databases and internal tracking sheets
Accounts & Support (if required)
Assist in billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Maintain petty cash and basic financial records
Coordinate with accounts and HR departments
Compliance & Office Discipline
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Maintain confidentiality of official documents and information
Support audits and compliance-related documentation
