Position: Office Coordinator

Location: Sector 37, Gurgaon

Age Limit: 28–40 years

Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)

- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, records, and documentation.

- Employee & Labour Management: Address grievances, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth workforce management.

- Internal Coordination: Support HR and management teams in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

- Vendor & External Liaison: Handle vendor coordination and maintain professional relationships.

- Data & Reporting: Prepare and update MIS reports, PPTs, and Excel sheets; maintain accurate records.

- Problem Solving: Resolve operational challenges with confidence and efficiency.

- Communication: Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring clarity and accountability.
