We are looking for a Office Admin to join our team at Sat Kartar Shopping Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Facility Management – Coordinating office cleanliness, maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Vendor Management – Communicating with vendors, negotiating services, processing purchase orders, and managing contracts.
Office Administration – Managing daily office operations, documentation, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Inventory & Asset Management – Monitoring office supplies, maintaining stock levels, and tracking office equipment and assets.
Travel & Event Coordination – Arranging employee travel, booking accommodations, and organizing meetings, conferences, and office events.
Managing office supplies and placing orders when needed.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and other departments.
Maintaining office equipment and arranging repairs when necessary.Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Processing invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks where required.
Planning office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience.strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
