Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, versatile individual to take charge of our office operations and customer-facing responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple functions – from sales and lead generation to administration and accounts – while being the first point of contact for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service – Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Sales & Lead Generation – Identify potential customers, make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients.
Accounts & Billing – Maintain records of payments, generate invoices, track outstanding dues, and coordinate with our accountant for monthly reporting.
Office Administration – Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and ensure smooth functioning of all office activities.
Marketing Support – Assist in preparing proposals, promotional materials, and coordinating basic social media updates.
Reporting & Coordination – Maintain sales trackers, prepare performance reports, and coordinate between field teams and management.
