Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups

  • Maintain client database and ensure information is up-to-date

  • Prepare client documents and assist with paperwork processing

  • Send regular updates and communications to clients

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule content for company social media platforms

Office Administration

  • Handle general office administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in client service or office administration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask effectively
